Shipping & Delivery
- In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days across Israel.
- Pre-order and special-request items typically arrive within ~14 business days.
- You'll receive an in-app notification and email at every status change (processing, shipped, delivered).
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your region.
Returns & Refunds
- You can request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in original condition, in the original box, unopened whenever possible.
- To open a return, go to your order page and press "Request Return". Choose refund to points (instant) or manual refund (bank transfer / original method).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Pre-order deposits and limited-edition serial-numbered pieces may be non-refundable once shipped — this will be clearly noted on the product page.
Loyalty Points & Coupons
- Every order earns points (₪1 = 2 points, VIP members earn x2).
- Points can be redeemed at checkout in multiples of 20 (100 points = ₪5).
- Birthday coupon (30% off) cannot be combined with points or other coupons.
- Coupons marked "blocks points" cannot be combined with points redemption.
Privacy
- We collect only the information needed to fulfil your orders: name, phone, address, email and date of birth (optional, for the birthday gift).
- We never sell your data. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
- You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us.
Terms of Service
- By placing an order you confirm you are 18+ or have parental consent.
- Prices, availability and edition sizes may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is final.
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders in cases of pricing errors, fraud or stock issues.
- All images, brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
